Diana, did not develop her lateral incisors (these are the teeth next to her two front teeth). At age 14 she had braces moving teeth into their proper place with space created for false lateral incisors. For a few years she worn a retainer with false laterals included, then moved to a removable partial denture. After 27 years of wearing a removable partial denture, which looked natural and felt comfortable, it broke.

1. new partial
2. fixed bridge work attached to her central incisors
3. two dental implants with crowns.
